This instruction for use provides instructions on how to use the software as a medical device PREVIA SEPSI SCORE, a solution manufactured by PREVIA MEDICAL ®.

PREVIA SEPSI SCORE is classified as a class IIb.

PREVIA SEPSI SCORE is a medical device software intended for use in the prediction of risk of developing sepsis in hospitalized adult patients. This software analyses structured clinical data from the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to calculate a sepsis risk score for hospitalized patients.

This document is intended to describe the information required to use safely and correctly the device.
